NICOLE’S BIO:
Nicole Paradisa was born and raised in Trinidad, Colorado. Surrounded by her entrepreneurial family since she was knee high to a grasshopper, it most definitely rubbed off onto her creative spirit. She has always been involved in summer art programs and enrolled in 4-H projects which helped to develop her love for visual arts and hands on activities. Not until her later high school years did she decide to apply for culinary arts school in Denver, CO, graduating with a Baking and Pastry as well as a Business Management BS. After graduation, she packed up her memories and returned home to earn some ‘dough,’ while still in search for a Pastry Chef position elsewhere. However, she was not aware of the impact her community would have on her artistic blessing as she shares through food.
